The filter should be replaced every six months or when the filter replacement indicator turns black.How do I use it: Unscrew the top and bottom halves of the T3 Source. Remove used filter. Recycle plastic container. Remove O-ring from inside of T3 Source and clean as necessary. Lightly lubricate O-ring groove inside shower head with petroleum jelly before reinstalling ring. Remove sticker from each end of new filter. Drop in new filter and screw housing halves together. Flush with hot water for one minute before showering.From T3 Bespoke Labs.
